Yes, absolutely. We plan events across Nigeria.
While we’re based in South East Nigeria, we’re happy to travel wherever your celebration takes us. Whether your event is in Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, or elsewhere in the country, we can work with you to plan and manage it.
For events outside our immediate location, travel, accommodation, and any additional logistics required for our team will be discussed upfront and factored into your proposal. That way, you know exactly what to expect before we begin.

Every event has a relationship between vision, guest count, location, vendors, and budget. Sometimes your budget will comfortably deliver what you have in mind. Other times, we may need to adjust certain elements or rethink how the money is allocated.
Our job isn’t to pressure you into spending more. It’s to help you understand what’s realistic and make the most of what you have.
We’ll help you identify what’s most important to you, where it’s worth investing, and where we can make smarter choices without compromising the overall experience.
And if your initial vision simply isn’t realistic within your budget, we’ll tell you honestly — and help you explore what is possible.

We don’t currently offer event-day coordination as a standalone service.
Good coordination starts long before the day of the event. When we’re involved in planning your event, we already understand your vision, vendors, timeline, budget, venue, and all the decisions made along the way.
That becomes especially important when something doesn’t go according to plan. Instead of trying to understand the situation on the spot, we know what was agreed, who is responsible, and what alternatives are available. We can step in quickly and find a solution without bringing the problem to you.
For us, planning and coordination work best together. It allows us to take proper responsibility for your event and gives you the confidence to simply enjoy your day.
We recommend booking 3 to 12 months before your event, depending on the size and complexity of your plans.
Larger events, such as weddings and corporate events, generally require more planning time, particularly when popular venues and vendors need to be secured.
That said, if your event is less than three months away, don’t assume it’s too late. Get in touch and tell us what you’re planning. We’ll assess the timeline and let you know what’s realistically possible.
